HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 45 days for a full refund or credit toward a fabulous new pair. Plus, if there's any change to your patient's prescription, don't worry! You can return your glasses within 60 days, and we'll remake them with your updated prescription at no extra cost.

If you're in the U.S. and not completely satisfied, simply return your eyewear—no restocking fees, handling fees, or deductions—just a full refund! All we ask is that you send back the eyewear and packaging in their original condition. Feel free to test them out, but keep them away from any adventures—your eyewear deserves gentle care!

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE RETURN PROCESS?

When you reach out, our opticians will work with you to find the best solution—whether it's a remake or a refund. If you had your heart set on a particular frame and lens combination, don't worry; we'll find that perfect match together.

Once you decide on a return, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label, and all you need to do is send back your order. We'll process your refund or remake as soon as your return arrives back to us.

(Note: Any upgrades purchased during an exchange will be added to your total.)

WARRANTY COVERAGE

We stand by the quality of our eyewear. Non-prescription orders (like goggles) come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects in frames and lenses. Please note that normal wear and tear from everyday use isn't covered, as most eyewear lasts about two years.

Additional Lens Warranty

If you or your patient chooses prescription lenses with anti-reflective coating, you'll receive a one-time remake for scratches due to normal wear.

USING YOUR WARRANTY

Need to use your warranty? Just give us a call! Our opticians will guide you through the process and send you a return label at no cost. Be sure to send back the frames and lenses you're claiming under warranty, and we'll get new lenses fitted and sent back to you.
